1. Meeting called to order at 4:00 pm in the afternoon, by Grade 12- YAKAN Adviser, Mr. PHILIP M.
MALANDAC.
2. The following is the agreed new set of Homeroom PTA Officers for school year 20204-2025.

President: GLORIA T. SITAR


Vice- President: RICHEROSE B. SALIBIO

Mr. Malandac reiterated the following school’s rules and regulation.
The school never allows boys to have a long hair, they should observe proper haircut.
Students should wear their uniform everyday except Friday, for those students who have no uniform
should wear white polo shirt/t-shirt every day except Friday.
3. Mr. Malandac reminded the parents of the transferees to follow up the form 137 of their children from
their previous school and those parents whose children have not submitted their PSA/NSO birth
certificate.
4. Mr. Malandac present the ID lanyard and P.E. uniform
5. Parents agreed that they will donate some school equipment.
