Dear Delegates,
Welcome to JSSPS MUN 2025!
This year’s theme, “Rebuilding Trust in a World of
Transformation,” serves as a compelling call to
action. In a time marked by global uncertainty, rapid
innovation, and shifting power dynamics, the ability
to rebuild and reinforce trust lies at the very
core of international diplomacy and collaboration.
At JSS Private School, we believe Model United
Nations is more than a simulation, it is a platform
for future leaders to cultivate initiative, teamwork,
and critical decision-making. Through leading
blocs, drafting resolutions, and engaging in meaningful debate, our delegates step into roles
that mirror the complexity and responsibility of real-world leadership.
We are especially proud to mark a significant milestone this year with the introduction of an
inaugural and inclusive committee: the International Commission on the Rights of People of
Determination (ICRPOD). For the first time in our conference’s history, delegates will address
the essential themes of accessibility, representation, and empowerment—alongside our
dynamic lineup of traditional UN committees and high-intensity crisis simulations.
From your first unmoderated caucus to the adoption of your final resolution, this journey
promises to be transformative. Whether you are a seasoned MUN veteran or attending your
very first conference, we encourage you to question, collaborate, and advocate for ideas that
can truly shape a better world.

GUIDELINES
The conference will be held on September 27th & 28th,
and all events during the MUN will be held at JSS
Private School, Dubai.
The dress code of the event should be formal only.
The Indian Prime Ministers Cabinet committee
delegates will be permitted to wear Indian formal wear,
if they wish to do so.
The committees allocated will be at the discretion of the
secretariat.
The fee for the conference is AED 165 (inclusive of VAT)
only, including food, merchandise and the social hour.
Students aged 11 - 17 are permitted to attend
JSSPSMUN.
The deadline to register through the internal delegate
registration google forms is August 11th 2025.
Last day to make payments for the delegate fee is
August 30th, 2025.
All payments to be given in cash to the respective class
teacher after filling the registration form.

GUIDELINES

All food provided will be vegetarian only and any dietary
restriction should be mentioned in the registration link
(including Jain food, allergies, etc).
Kindly note that no refunds will be provided in the case of
non-participation of a student/students.
