Reflection Paper on Integrity
Integrity is doing what is right even when no one is
watching. It means being honest, consistent, and guided
by strong moral principles. I have come to realize that
integrity is not just about following rules—it’s about
staying true to my values, especially when faced with
pressure or temptation. A person with integrity earns
the trust and respect of others because their actions
reflect sincerity and truthfulness.
I remember a time during an exam when I noticed a
classmate trying to copy from my paper. I could have
ignored it, but I chose to quietly cover my answers and
report it afterward. It wasn’t easy, but I knew it was the
right thing to do. That experience reminded me that
integrity sometimes requires us to make difficult
choices, but doing what’s right brings a sense of peace
and self-respect.
Having integrity shapes not only how others see me but
also how I see myself. It gives me the strength to face
challenges with honesty and fairness. As I continue to
grow, I want to live a life rooted in integrity—where
my thoughts, words, and actions align, and where I can
be proud of who I am, even when no one else is
looking.
