Preamble:
Recognizing the urgent need to address the global challenges
of world hunger and poverty,
Acknowledging the collective responsibility of nations to
combat these issues,
Affirming the commitment of Ukraine and the USA to
sustainable development and inclusive growth,
Emphasizing the importance of international cooperation and
partnership,
Seeking to promote effective strategies and mechanisms to
eradicate hunger and poverty,
The delegates of Ukraine and the USA hereby enter into the
following treaty:
Article 1: Goal and Objectives
1.1 The primary goal of this treaty is to combat world hunger
and achieve zero poverty through collaborative efforts.
1.2 The objectives of this treaty include:
a) Ensuring food security and access to nutritious food for all
populations.
b) Eradicating extreme poverty and reducing inequalities.
c) Promoting sustainable agriculture and rural development.
d) Enhancing resilience to climate change and environmental
challenges.
e) Strengthening global partnerships for inclusive and equitable
development.
Article 2 : Support providence
2.1 Financial Aid and Investment: The USA can pledge
financial assistance to Ethiopia to bolster its efforts in
combatting hunger and poverty. This aid can be directed
towards projects that promote agricultural development, rural
infrastructure, and social safety nets for vulnerable populations.
2.2 Technology Transfer and Expertise: The USA can share
advanced agricultural technologies, practices, and expertise
with Ethiopia. This includes providing training and capacity
building for farmers and agricultural professionals to enhance
productivity and sustainability.
2.3 Food Security Programs: The USA can collaborate with
Ethiopia in implementing food security programs, such as
providing emergency food aid during periods of crisis and
supporting long-term initiatives to ensure stable access to
nutritious food for vulnerable communities.
2.4 Sustainable Agriculture Initiatives: The USA can
support Ethiopia's efforts in adopting sustainable agriculture
practices that help preserve natural resources, mitigate climate

challenges.
2.5 Market Access and Trade: Facilitating fair trade
agreements between the USA and Ethiopia can help Ethiopian

Article 3 : Joint operations

agroecological approaches.
3.2 Food Security and Nutrition Programs: The treaty
outlines strategies for ensuring food security and proper

3.3 Trade and Market Access: The treaty aims to facilitate
fair trade agreements between Ethiopia and the USA,

Article 5: Dispute Resolution
5.1 Outline mechanisms for resolving disputes or disagreements
arising from the interpretation or implementation of the
treaty, including diplomatic consultations and mediation.
Article 6: Ratification and Implementation
6.1 Specify the process for ratification and implementation of
the treaty within the domestic legal frameworks of
Kyrgyzstan and the USA.
6.2 Encourage other countries and relevant international
organizations to endorse and support the treaty.
