Subject- An Application for delivery of the Certified copy of all orders,whole record bearing
Bibidh Gosor /Misc Case No.15/2017-2018 and Letter of Additional Deputy
Commissioner vide Letter No. K R C 257/2027/837
Sir,

With reference to the above I am the absolute owner and possessor of plot of a specific
share of land covered by Dag No.124 of K.P. Patta No.3 of Revenue Village- Abhaypur,
Under Mouza- Sila Senduri Ghopa, Under Rev. Circle –North Guwahati, In the district of
Kamrup, Assam, in respect of which the aforesaid Misc case filed/conducted and disposed. Now
I desire to get certified copy of the whole case record along with the all orders and letter
mentioned the aforesaid subject .

Hence, Prayed before your Honour to order the concerned branch for searching the
aforesaid case record and deliver the certified copy of the aforementioned at earliest. And for this
act of kindness the petitioner shall ever pray.
