Abellana St., Cubacu, Mandaue City,, do hereby appoint and designate, RUTH R. CAÑARES, of legal
age, Filipino, married and a resident of Blk 3 Sto Niño St., Suba, Cebu City to serve as my true, lawful
and exclusive attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead, as if I am present, to perform the
following acts:

To demand, collect, process and receive any payment for projects for which I or HBA
Builders has with ALT GLOBAL SOLUTIONS INC. (now Alliance Towers Corp.) and to sign
any document required as proof of receipt of payment;

I AM HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority to represent, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my
said attorney-in-fact or her substitute/s shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
