deployment of furniture/capital assets etc., from other sites (in consultation with Purchase &
Store Departments at H.O.) before ordering fresh purchases.

 Arrange for Telecommunication facilities including provision of Internet broadband
services (for the site office) from the service provider and payment process of the same.
 Arranging Travel and Accommodation for executives visiting the site.
