- Driver's License (Front and Back)
- Client's Phone Number
- Bank Account Matching Client's Name (Prepaid accepted)
- Access to Verification Code (for 2FA)

Step-by-Step Process
1. Visit the Official SSA Website
Go to: https://www.ssa.gov/
2. Start the Application
- Click "Apply for Benefits"
- Select "Retirement" or "Disability"
- Click "Learn How to Apply"
- Then "Start Application"
3. Account Creation
- Click on "Create an Account"
- Use a new email address if needed
- A confirmation link will be sent to the email
- Create a strong password
- Set up 2FA with an Authenticator App
4. Sign In
- Return to login page
- Choose Login with Login.gov
- Enter email and password
- Enter code from authenticator app
5. Application Details
- Fill out all required fields (personal info, income, employment history, etc.)
- Ensure phone number matches credit bureau records
- If mismatch, wait 5-10 days for verification PIN via mail
