Tentative Schedule of Activity of BTECH/BARCH/BPLAN/BCAT/Int M.Sc
e-Counselling, OJEE 2025
The e-counselling process will guide students on how to choose their colleges and
courses based on their JEE-MAIN/OJEE ranks as applicable. Students need to read
Counselling Brochure and Step-by-Step process carefully and stay updated with
new notices, if any. By registering for e-counselling, students agree to follow all
the rules and guidelines as per the Counselling Brochure or its amendments if any.
Students need to understand these rules to avoid any confusion. OJEE authority
will not be responsible if a student does a mistake by not understand the rules
correctly.

After final Allotment all Candidates paid Part Admission cum Seat Confirmation Fee payment
and verified their documents can down load the final allotment letter and report to the finally
allotted Institute/College as per the schedule. Failing which the allotment will be cancelled and
the vacant seats will be filled in Institute/College level admission.
*Allotment to 2nd OJEE/Special OJEE candidates will be done from the vacant seats only. Therefore, care
must be taken while filling the choice by 2nd OJEE/Special OJEE candidates.
** Candidates not allotted any seat after 1st round/ 2nd Round or Allotment cancelled but
eligible for subsequent round may modify their choices if required by giving a consent.
All OL, PWD, ES candidates are required to monitor OJEE website regularly for notifications regarding
schedule of corresponding boards. OL candidates to attend for Odia test, PWD candidates to attend Medical
Board at SCB, Medical college Cuttack and ES candidates to attend the Rajya Sainik Board.
