K. NARRATIVE REPORT A healthy body is a great asset; it has an important role in
our lives. A healthy body and mind give us the strength to
engage in everyday activities that we work on every day.
Because of this it only makes sense to give our body a check-
up to help us know our capabilities and take care of it as the
best care possible.

The Province of Agusan del Norte partnered with the


Municipality of RTR, Brgy. Officials of Panaytayon and
Panaytayon Elementary School hosted the Aguserbisyo which
gives the communities the opportunity to benefit from this
program. Its aim is to address the primary problems of
healthcare and other social services of the less fortunate who
are not able to afford check-ups in hospitals.
