Day 5 Breakfast Milk, mango, apple
10am Milk only
Lunch 1 glass milk, soaked raisins, paw-paw, dates & nuts
4pm 1 glass milk

Lunch Salad, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, radish, lettuce and
pawpaw with lemon and salt

Day 7 Breakfast Honey & lemon in warm water, fresh apple, soaked raisins,
soaked wheatgerm and milk to drink
10am 1 glass fresh orange juice
Lunch 1 glass fresh pineapple juice, salad and baked jacket potato
4pm Fresh melon
