This is to bring to your kind notice that as per the past practice,
before reaving the
lnstitute students are required to submit a "No Dues Form',,
which is processed to be at
multiple places like Deans, HODs, SAC, Library, Accounts,
NCC/NSS etc.

As per the belief of the undersigned, a lot of students don,t


have any dues but they also
have to get the form signed. This takes a lot of time and
causes inconvenience to the
students.

ln this regard, it is requested that list of only those students be provided


to the
undersigned who have some dues in your section. lt will
be assumed that students
whose names do not appear in the list provided by you have
no dues and they wiil be
considered accordingly.

The list of students with dues may be provided by 23.05.2024.
