Description
The device is a NPN transistor manufactured
using new BiT-LA (Bipolar transistor for linear
amplifier) technology. The resulting transistor
shows good gain linearity behaviour.
Recommended for 70W to 100W high fidelity
audio frequency amplifier output stage.
