Dear Honourable Rector,


I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally request the withdrawal of my
application for the Preparatory Language Programme for 2024/25 Intake and refund of my
tuition fee.
I successfully obtained my Ministry of Education (MOE) approval (04-11-2880/12.11.2024)
and have completed the tuition fee payment (1250 Euro). However, due to unforeseen
circumstances, including the inability to secure a visa appointment at the embassy and the fact
that I have already missed the appropriate class start period, I believe this is no longer a suitable
time to proceed with my visa application. As a result, I have decided to formally withdraw my
application and request a refund of my tuition fee.
As per the refund policy of Varna Free University, I kindly request the refund of my tuition fee
