ADDITIONAL STATEMENTS - CONTINUED

This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for a fraternal purpose within the meaning
of Section 501(c)(10) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”).

Notwithstanding any other provision of these Articles, the corporation shall not carry on any other
activities not permitted to be carried on by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under
Section 501(c)(3) of the Code and the net earnings of this corporation is exclusively devoted to
religious, charitable, scientific, literary, educational, and fraternal purposes.

This corporation shall operate under the lodge system and shall not provide for the payment of life,
sick, accident, or other benefits to its members.
