This ticket is supplied by AXS as an agent on behalf of the person or entity which supplies the Tickets AEG Presents
to AXS and on whose behalf AXS sell tickets which may include, without limitation, venues,
promoters, producers, artists, teams and record labels. Full terms and conditions relating to ticket
sales and admission to venues ("Terms and Conditions") can be found on the website of the relevant BLUDFEST
venue where the Event is due to take place (the "Venue") or are available upon request from the

1. Please check your Tickets upon receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Defacing the Ticket
or removing the Ticket stub will invalidate the Ticket.
2. Tickets are not transferable. Resale, or attempted resale or purchase of a ticket other than via an
authorised outlet is prohibited and may result in seizure or cancellation of the ticket without refund or All Ages,
compensation.
3. Tickets cannot be cancelled or exchanged after purchase other than in accordance with these under 16s with an Adult 18+
Terms and Conditions. We are not liable for any Tickets which are lost, stolen or damaged.
4. It is your responsibility to check the Event is going ahead at the date and time printed on this Ticket.

5. Neither AXS nor any other party shall in any event have any liability to you beyond the face value of VENUE The National Bowl, Milton Keynes
the ticket and the relevant booking fee.
6. The Venue or Ticket Supplier reserved the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on

7. In order to ensure the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, each Venue reserves its right to
refuse admission to or to eject you from the Venue without compensation or refund if considered PRICE £0.00

9. Certain venues may operate an ID Scan facility upon entry to Events. You may be asked to provide

10. Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs are not permitted in any venue. Food and drink
may not be permitted. Further details are available on the Venue website or at the Venue box office.
11. Age restrictions may apply to specific Events and are notified at point of sale. When purchasing
alcohol if you appear to be under 25 you will be asked for proof of age. All venues are non-smoking
venues.
12. There will be no admission to the event before the designated opening times. For some shows
latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
13. Please note that CCTV and film cameras may be present. By purchasing Tickets and attending
the Event you consent to filming and sound recording (which may include you as a member of the
audience) and its use in distribution (commercial or otherwise) without any payment.
14. Unauthorised photography or recording by patrons for any professional or commercial purpose is
not permitted.
15. These terms are governed by English law.
