Sir,

With due respect I submit that I am in receipt of my family pension


wef. 3.2.1993 from my husband Shri. Nannajohn who was MBO on 2.2.1993,
from OCF Avadi. Chennai-54.

Now it is intimated that my daughter Smt.Jarina Shameer got


married with Mr. Shameer. He expired on 25.4.2022 now my daughter is
widowed and wholly depended on me. Necessary death certificate issued by
competent authority and Adhar card of Smt.Jarina is enclosed herewith for kind
information.

It is requested that the above details may kindly record in


Husbands pension case file, after demise of myself my daughter may kindly be
granted family pension, she is no other income to survive please and oblige.
