Being a doctor is my big dream in life. This is the job that I want to follow my father’s

In summer vacation last year, I went to Danang beach with my family – located in the middle of
Vietnam. We went swimming, shopping and ate a lot of seafood. We had a wonderful moments

One of the biggest enviromental problems is people use a lot of motorbike and private cars,
which emits a large amount of carbon dioxide in the air. Therefore, I can use public transport
like buses or trams to reduce the number of motorbike and cars.

We can prevent environmental pollution by a few simple ways such as: using renewable energy
like solar energy or wind energy….

First of all, I plant many trees around my living places and my schools. Next, I pick up rubbish
in public places, such as: on the beach, on the street. Besides, I use public transports to travel to

I am a type of open-minded and easygoing person, so I would like to socialize with many

Whenever I meet a new person, I will ask them some simple questions relating to the name,
where they lives and the job positions because these questions are quite normal and acceptable
in Vietnam

In my opinion, there are many benefits of having friend go to different countries. One of
benefits is that I can learn about the people, history, culture of different countries without going
there. So it’s significant

I meet new friends in many events and celebrations. For example, during the birthday parties,
we enjoy the meal and have some wine, so I can make friends with strangers around the table

Absolutely, I contact with new people via social networking sites such as Facebook and Zalo
because today it is useful and easy to keep in touch with people on the Internet.
+ It is better to have just a few friends or to have a large group of friends? Why?
I think it depends on each person. For me, I am interested in have many friends in many places,
so that when I travel to these places, I can receive help and welcome from them, which makes
me feel happy and proud.
+ Where do you like to go for special celabration? Why?
To be honest, I hope to have opportunity to organize my birthday party at a seafood restaurant
with my family and some close friends. We will talk and share about my own stories. That
make us closer.
+ Is it better to celebration with a few friends or lots of friends? Why/ Why not?
In my opinion, celebration with a few friends is better. If I invinted some close friends, I can
talk privately in the most comfortable way without worrying about someone talking about this
to others.
+ What did you do to celebrate your last birthday?
On my 18th birthaday, my family went to the restaurant for a congratulatory dinner and we had a
wonderful time together. This is a opportunity for my family members to gather with each other
to develop the strong bonds in my family.

Music is significant in celebrations in our area. It makes the atmosphere more vibrant and
everyone becomes more excited

For me, The organization of special anniversaries is quite important, it will create memories that
make each person remember forever and always have a certain emotion when recalling.

Actually, I don't always buy gifts when I visit friend’s house. Sometimes on special occasions, I
buy fruit baskets or boxes of cakes to give as gifts.
+ Is a good present always expensive? Why/ Why not?
I don’t think so, in my opinion, a good gift is a gift that contains the giver's heart and has a
certain meaning for the recipient.
+ When do you usually receive presents?
I don't usually accept gifts from everyone, only a few family members will give me gifts on my
birthday.
+ Do you think that all presents should be useful? Why/ Why not?
I disagree with this opinion because a gift that contains many emotional messages has more
commemorative value than usefulness value. There are small gifts that we always try to
preserve no matter how many times we change places.
+ Are you a member of any clubs?
I am currently a member of the English club at school. That not only helps me get knowledge
and pronunciation skills but also make new friends, develop social interaction to exchange
experience.
+ Do you think we should all be doing more environmental activities?
As you know that, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more complicated in
many countries. So I think we should take part in more environmental activities. We can use
renewable energy like soler energy, wind energy…
+ What do you think is the biggest environmental problem nowadays?
In my opinion, one of the biggest environmental problem nowadays is using fossil fuel and
private cars, which cause air pollution and greenhouse effect.
+ Do you think children learn enough about the environment at school?
In details, they can learn from books and lesson from teachers and friends. Besides, they can
participate in social activities and extra clubs to protect the habitats/ surroundings. Therefore,
they can have enough knowledge about theory and practice in protecting the environment.

To be honest, I don’t like writing something for a competiton because I don't have a rich
imagination nor smooth writing. Therefore, it’s challenging for me!

When I was in grade 8, I won the first prize in a school swimming competition and was
awarded a brand new swimsuit and swimming glasses. To achieve, I had been practicing for
months and I think I deserved it.

It’s long time I haven’t written to friends, it is easier and more convenient to text or phone
them. My friends and I often have a chit chat through some social media like Facebook and
Zalo. It’s fast and we can exchange news about each other like a conversation.

I think it is easier and more convenient to make a phone call. My friends and I often have free

I have never been good at writing, so being a writer is something I have never thought of. I

Next month is summer time in Vietnam; therefore, it is hot and sometimes rainy. The
temperature is about 35 degrees celcius.
In my opinion, you should bring T-shirts, shorts, jeans and trainners to make you feel
comfortable in summer. Don’t forget to bring suncream and an umbrella to avoid the sunshine
and the rain.
While you are here, I suggest that you should visit Halong, located/ situated in the north of my
country. You can go swimming, do sight seeing and enjoy fresh seafood. You know it is
considered as one of cultural heritages in the world, which attracts a lot of tourist.

relationship. Nowadays, with the development of technology, it is easy for people to keep

helps us get closer and save time and money. In short, the true friendship will never fade due to

In my point of view, I am a big fan of documentary, especially historical documentary. This
program focuses mainly on the development process of the world's history. It covers important
events with the illustration of real images and videos. It helps me widen my knowledge about
the world history; therefore, I can learn history better at school.
I like watching this program with my sister who has the same hobby with me about history
more than watching it alone because we can talk and exchange more information to get more
understandings.
In short, people should spend time watching this program to develop the knowledge of/about

All of the festivals in my country, I’m keen on the Mid-Autumn festival which is organised/
celebrated in the middle of August.
During the festival, I often have parties outside to watch the full moon. After that, we ususally
around to watch the start-shaped larnterns and the lion dances. This is a opportunity for all
family members to gather with each other to develop the strong bonds in each family. One of
my favorite food is moon cake. Moreover, we can exchange presents with family members.
The only thing I don’t like the during festival is that there are a lot of traffic jams and pollution
from rubbish.
In short, this is one of the most important festival which expresses the cultural valve in our
country. Therefore, people should follow the traffic rules and protect the surrounding to have
the prefect moments in the festival.

Of all my friends, Lan is always my best friend. She has long black hair, my mother always
says that I need to pay more attention to my hair so it can be pretty as hers.
One of the most important reasons why I like her is she is the only person who shares the same
hobby with me and the only one I can share everything in my life. Because we both like reading
books so everytime we meet, we talk and share about a lot of story. Moreover, while I have
problems, she always gives me useful advices and inspires me positive energy.

Nowadays, with the development of technology, robots are being used more in many countries

In my country, robots have been used in many aspects of life such as in industry, medicine or

also can be used to do some operations with accuracy in hospitals. Otherwise, they are widely
used for doing housework in private homes, offices or public places.
In my point of view, I don’t suppare robots can replace human totally because people have their
own brain and heart so people can do tasks more flexibly and emotionally while robot can only
do pre-programmed tasks.
In short, in the future, this artificial intelligence will bring a lot of benefits with the creation and
control of human.

Of all the restaurant, Minhvan is my favourite one. It is located in the heart of the city with a
view of the river.
It has a modern architecture providing romantic atmosphere for everyone who wants to find a
date place. Especially, the staff of the restaurant are friendly and polite. They always greet
customers and serve food quickly. It has a wide range of food and drink to choose. Moreover, it
has a reasonable price for in the world everyone.
In my opinion, it would be even better if it should have privale rooms for everyone to avoid
noise. And it should provide discounts on special festivals to attract people to come more.
In short, everytime I come to Minhvan, I'm satisfied with not only the food, but also the service
here.

Thai Nguyen is very famous for Tam Dao tourist area which is located on the Tam Dao
mountain range at an altitude of more than 1000m above sea level.
I often come to Tam Dao with my family on the occasion of the national holiday. This is a
opportunity for all family members to gather with each other to develop the strong bonds in my
family.
I will never forget the Old Church - a cathedral with typical French architecture because I have
always been interested in such historical works. It is also famous for its fresh, cool air,
waterfalls flowing from ravines and the sound of wind, mountains and birds. Therefore, many
visitor in country and in the world spend time relaxing in this place throughout the year. That's
why I love this place.
