›Saturday Rentals. 11:00 am to 11:00 AM (24 hours) - $5,995. Venue
rental fee includes 5 glamping yurts and 5 glamping wall tents
›Sunday and Friday Rentals. 11:00 am to 11:00 AM (24 hours). 20%
discount off of Saturday rate. Includes glamping yurts and wall tents
›Monday - Thursday Rentals. 11:00 AM to 11 AM (24 hours). 25%
discount off of Saturday rate. Includes glamping yurts and wall tents
›Deposit. $2,000 non-refundable deposit required to reserve date(s).
›Number of Guests. Rates include up to 100 guests.

For out-of-town guests, Cannon Beach and Seaside
are just a one-hour drive. Situated along the famous
Banks-Vernonia State Trail, your guests will enjoy
going for a ride before the wedding.
Private Glamping Campground Is All Yours!
Included in your venue rental package is exclusive use
of the 28-acre park for 24-hours plus the five glamping
yurts and five glamping wall tents for that night.
Glamping yurts and glamping wall tents include: queen
beds, linens, and broadband Wifi. Your guests can also
bring their own tents (additional fee applies).
Tables and Chairs. Your venue rental fee includes 100
mahogany folding chairs, 10 – 60” round tables and 3
rectangular tables (30” x 96”). Also included is the use of the
massive fir log buffet table, fir top - wine barrel bar, and the all-
new Hillbilly Bar!
Catering. There is no
penalty for using an
outside caterer
Alcohol and Music. Set up
your own bar (Beer, Wine
& Champagne) and bring
your own band or DJ!
Bridal Suite. The 1500 square foot luxury bridal suite will
allow you and your bridal party the space needed to relax
in comfort as you prepare before the wedding ceremony.
The bridal suite includes a private bathroom and
luxurious furnishings for your complete enjoyment
Other Amenities
•Two individual ADA bathrooms and two ADA shower rooms
•Beautiful bridal suite for preparation before ceremony on
day of wedding is included in venue rental fee.
•600 sq. ft. twin peaks tent is available for rent for $400.
