Import Combined Demurrage and Detention in Indonesia

Notes:
1. The import combined demurrage and detention (IB DND) hereby will commence on the next day
of discharge from vessel till the day of empty return to carrier’s designated facility.
2. The export detention (OB DET) hereby will commence on the first day of empty pick-up till the
day of full container gate-in.
3. The tariff is calculated by calendar day, i.e. including Saturdays, Sundays & National holidays.
4. The tariff does not include any storage and reefer charges at port, all these charges should be paid
by customer separately.
5. Terminated/Canceled export bookings will not be afforded free time and the calculation of
detention will be started from empty pickup to empty return.
6. Whatever CY or DOOR, all shipments are complied with the tariff.
7. Other special equipment like FS/OC/OM/OH/FQ/OQ/SR is equivalent to OT/FL/PL.
8. Effective date: June 20th, 2022.
