. The outcome of my visit to the observed school was largely positive.

Throughout my two-week
observation period, I encountered several challenges, including the tardiness of some teachers, which
impacted my ability to conduct thorough observations and lesson planning. Nevertheless, the visit
proved to be highly beneficial, as I gained significant insights from both the educators and the institution
as a whole. For instance, I observed various strategies employed by teachers to address emerging issues
effectively. Additionally, I noted the methods teachers utilized to manage their classrooms during
instructional time. I was fortunate to witness a range of teaching approaches and their corresponding
outcomes. Furthermore, I observed how teachers addressed minor infractions committed by students,
providing me with valuable perspectives on classroom management.
