Chord’s manufacturing and installing high quality acoustic doors. Our single and double acoustic doors are the most efficient
acoustic doors available. We are known for unique design features, specialized fire rated or sliding acoustic doors, our high
performance doors solve problems of noise transfer, transmission loss, interference or noise pollution. Our doors ensure high
safety standards and are made keeping in mind for interiors & aesthetics. We offer standard as well as custom made acoustic
doors.

Supplying Acoustic Door of 50 mm having an STC rating up to 40. The Door will be filled with high acoustic materials of 2 layers of
2 mm ISO shield,8mm water proof Acoustic Ply and 30 mm compressed insulation. Door frame will be made of teak wood (Sudan
Teak). Frame on all four sides or three sides frame and drop seal below will be provided along with the door. High load bearing
hinges (4Nos.) will be provided along.

Muffle Board
Chord’s ‘Muffle Board’ is a simple, effective solution for Soundproofing which reduces sound transmission. The wall panel
upgrades the existing walls to reduce sound transmission and save space. This super slim and easy to fit acoustic is a simple and
very effective. This direct to wall acoustic board is with just half the thickness of most of the other products. It’s perfect for
soundproofing of walls. This can be used in new building or as an upgrade to existing walls to reduce sound transmissions to
adjoining rooms. This can be applied to lightweight wall structures, plasterboard or Ply boards.

Chord’s Muffle Board 1218x1218 mm in the thickness of 10/20mm, made of compressed wood particle cement composite with

the density of 1100-1250 kg/m and provides STC ratings of 34 STC as per IS: 9901 (PART-III)-1981, DIN: 52210, PART-VI-1989,
ISO: 10140 (PART-II)/ASTM-E-90. Muffle Board is not easily ignitable as per BS:476-Part5. Can be mechanically screwed on all
the partition walls and ceiling with joints properly sealed with epoxy acoustic sealant to avoid any sound leakages.

Supported by ‘Melody String’ 600x1200x20 mm panel made with inorganic binder wood fibre,
which in all contribute to its wondering features & provide NRC 0.85 tested as per IS:8225-
1987 (Equivalent to ISO: 354-1985 & ASTM 423-90).Chord’s Panels are an ecological green CH-VI-175 ORANGE CH-VI-161 DAGO ORANGE CH-VI-138 MUD CH-VI-154 ACORN CH-VI-143 PINK
material. It is non flammable as per IS:3614 (Part-II). To be mechanically fastened on the G.I
Studs. Acoustical infill of acoustic wool 10mm which is adhered to the acoustical panel on the

1987 (Equivalent to ISO: 354-1985 & ASTM 423-90).

INSTALLATION
Chord’s ‘Wooden Dots’ can be installed on G.I studs
600x600mm centre to centre 2400mm X 50mm web thickness
0.5mm, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled giving it high

specially designed for Acoustic vibration management and long
life with a backing of 50mm thick,1000 GSM Acoustic Wool
