This notice serves as a formal demand for you to cure the violation of your lease agreement dated October 1,

Violation Details:
Tenant(s) failed to pay the Landlord in equal monthly installments of $1,900.00 (US Dollars) hereinafter known
as the "Rent". The Rent, due on the First (1st) of every month, no later than the Fifteenth (15th), and be paid
by sending payment to the Landlord's PayPal, Zelle using the E-Mail Address joanna.rosario7@gmail.com or
by money order/cashier check.

in further legal action, including the commencement of eviction proceedings.
