Advisor : Sir/madam apne Livekeeping ka {Android app/ IOS app/ Tally


Connector} Download kia tha. Ap apne Tally ko phone par chalana
chaha rahe the. Setup ke liye call kia hai.

Case 1:

Customer:- Kahan se baat kar rahe ho aap?

Advisor:- Sir, Livekeeping se. Aap jo Tally use karte hain business
chalane ke liye, wahi ab aapke phone pe bhi chalega.

Case 2:

Customer:- Tally toh main use nahi karta hoon.

Advisor:- Aap reference ke liye pooch sakte hain aur unka number le
sakte hain.

Case 1 Scenario:

Advisor:- Sir, main aapko batana chahungi ki ab aap Livekeeping ke


through apna Tally ka saara data check kar paenge, naye vouchers bhi
create kar sakte hain, aur sirf itna nahi, parties ko invoice/receipt/ledger
bhi share kar sakte hain is app se.

Customer:- Achha.

Advisor:- Sir, setup ke liye kya aapke paas abhi Tally ka system available
hai?

Situation 1: If Customer is present infront of the Tally System.

Customer:- Ji haan, main system par hoon.

Advisor:- Thik hai sir, aap apne system mein Chrome open karke naya
tab kholke www.livekeeping.com search kijiye.

Customer:- Ji ho gaya.
Advisor:- Sir, ab aapko ek "Free Download" ka option dikh raha hoga, jo
black color mein hoga. Wahan se aap app install kijiye.

Customer:- Haan, kar liya.

Advisor:- Sir, ab aap isko apne active number se login kijiye, jiske baad
aapke number pe ek verification code aayega. Vo code aap daliye aur
uske baad aapko "Open Tally" ka option dikhega.

Customer:- Ji, login ho gaya aur Tally open ho gayi.

Advisor:- Sir, ab aapko right side ke top mein "F3 - COMPANY" ka option
dikhega. Uspar click kijiye, toh aapko "Select Company" ka option
aayega. Aap yahan se jis bhi company ko sync karna chahte hain, usse
select kar lijiye.

Customer:- Ji, company select kar li.

Advisor:- Iske baad aap phir se Tally Connector open kijiye, jahan aapko
woh saari companies dikhenge jo aapne Tally mein select ki hain. Agar
nahi dikhti hain, toh refresh kar lijiye. Uske baad aapko aapki saari
companies dikhai denge, jo aapne select ki hain. Uske side mein "Sync
Company" ka option dikhega, uspe click kijiye.

Customer:- Ji, syncing start ho gayi hai.

Advisor:- Thik hai sir, jab tak aapki syncing ho rahi hai, aap agar Android
ya iPhone use karte hain, toh PlayStore/App Store se Livekeeping app
install kar lijiye.

Customer:- Ji, app install kar li aur syncing bhi complete ho gayi hai
system par.

Advisor:- Accha, ab aap apne mobile mein wahi number se login kar
lijiye aur apna details fill kar lijiye.

Customer:- Ji, ho gaya.

Demo Pitch

Advisor:- Sir, ab aapko Livekeeping app ki homescreen dikh rahi hogi?


Customer:- Haan ji.

Advisor:- Sir, main aapko batana chahti hoon ki jaise aapne ek company
sync ki hai, waise hi aap apni multiple companies ko bhi sync kar sakte
hain. Ab aapko right top corner mein jo company ka naam dikh raha hai,
uspe click karenge toh aapko saari companies dikh jayengi. Ad
homescreen pe apko sirf financial year wise data dikhti hain.

Customer:- Thik hai.

Advisor:- Sir, ab aapko homescreen par "Sales" ka option dikhega. Jab


uspar click karenge, aapko sales ki saari entries show ho jayengi. Aap
inhe day, weekly, monthly, quarterly , ya financial year-wise view, share
aur print kar sakte hain.

Uske side pe apko ek chart dikhegi jis main aap monthly sales ki amount
dikhti hain. Pehle apko monthly invoice ki amount dikhegi and koi bhi ek
month pe click karenge toh apko uss month ki saare invoices dikh jayegi.
Kisi ek invoice ko open karke apko voucher number, product ki name,
qunatity, rate and tax ke saathe apko pura transaction ka details mil
jayega. Isko aap whatsapp pe share kar payenge. And side main ek
PDF ka option dikhega, uspe jab aap click karenge toh waha apko saare
phone ke communication mode phone open ho jaate hain. Kisi bhi ek
option ke click karke aap us invoice ko share kar sakte hain and print bhi
kar payenge.

Achha sir, agar aap apne debtors se kaise connect karte hain?

Customer:- Abhi toh sir, hum apne debtors se call karke connect karte
hain.​

Advisor:- Livekeeping aapko aapke debtors se connect karane ke liye
"Payment Reminder" ka feature provide karta hai, jiske through aap
directly Customer :-ko uske email aur message par reminder send kar
sakte hain sath hi aap whatsapp par bhi manually reminder send kar
sakte hai, bina baar-baar call kiye. Isse aapka customer ke saath bhi
achha bond rahega.

Toh payment reminder set karne ke liye, aapko sales ke niche


"RECEIVABLES" ka option dikh raha hoga. Aap ispar tap karenge, uske
baad black color mein ek "Auto Reminder" ka option aayega. Aap uspar
click kijiye.

Customer:- Okay ​

Advisor:- Sir, uske baad aapko parties select karne ka option aayega.
Jab aap parties select karenge, uske baad aapko niche 2 options dikhai
denge: "Schedule Reminder" aur "Send Reminder." Agar aap "Send
Reminder" par click karenge, toh aapka reminder instant chala jayega.
Agar aap "Schedule Reminder" par click karenge, toh aapko wahan 4
options dikhai denge:

"On Due Date" - Ispar click karne ke baad, apke debtor ke due date pe
reminder chala jayega and unke pass aur ek option aayegi jispe agar
apke customer due date pe payment nahi karte hain toh, due date ke
baad kitni frequency of days reminder bhi jayegi wo bhi option hain.

"Daily" - Agar aap select karenge, toh aapka reminder daily basis par
jayega due date ke baad.
"Weekly" - Agar aap select karenge, toh aap koi bhi ek din ek week main
choose kar sakte hain apne according, yeh bhi reminder due date ke
baad jayegi.​

"Monthly" - Yahan se aap koi bhi ek date select kar sakte hain month
main jo ki dute date ke baad reminder jayegi.​

Toh sir, abhi ke liye aap bas ek company select karein aur "Send
Reminder" kar dijiye. Jab aap reminder send karenge, toh agar aap
chahein ki reminder sirf email par jaye ya sirf SMS par, toh vo bhi aap
customize karke set kar sakte hain aur iske saath saath aap schedule
reminder ko edit bhi karsakte hain.

Sir, uske baad aapko sabse upar "Daybook" ka option dikhega. Daybook
mein aapke saare din ke entries (sales, purchase) dikhenge. Saath hi,
aap apne previous months ke vouchers bhi dekh sakte hain. Kuch dates
par blue dots dikh rahe honge, vo blue dots show karte hain ki us din
entry hui thi. Agar aap Daybook report share karna chahte hain, toh right
side mein red color mein PDF ka option dikhega, jahan se aap share aur
print kar sakte hain.

Achha sir, agar aapko Ledger report check karni ho ya ledger share
karna ho, toh kaise karenge?

Customer:- Accountant se mangwate hain.

Advisor:- Sir, aapko Daybook ke side mein "Ledger Report" ka option


dikhega. Aap Ledger Reports mein jaake check kar sakte hain opening
balance, transactions, closing balance, aur agar aap kisi party ka ledger
share karna chahte hain, toh vo bhi kar sakte hain. Jab aap kisi party ko
open karenge, aapko top-right mein 2 options milenge. Agar aap
WhatsApp par share karna chahte hain, toh "WhatsApp" par click karke
direct share kar sakte hain. Agar aap PDF mein share karna chahte
hain, toh "PDF" par click karke share ya print kar sakte hain.

Achha, sir, agar aapko dekhna ho ki aapki top parties kaun si hain, jinke
saath aapki sabse zyada sales aur purchase ho rahi hain, toh kaise
check karenge?

Customer:- Sir, yeh toh main nahi check kar pata.

Advisor:- Sir, aapko "Top 10" ka option dikhega. Isme jaake apni top
parties ko check kar sakte hain, jo sabse zyada sales aur purchase kar
rahi hain. Jab aap is option ko open karenge, toh "Customers",
"Suppliers", "Item Sold by Value", "Item Sold by Quantity", "Item
Purchased by Value", "Item Purchased by Quantity" jaise options
dikhenge. Aap categorise-wise check kar sakte hain ki kaunse items
quantity ke according zyada sale hue hain, kaunse items ki value zyada
thi, etc.

Customer:- Thik hai sir.

Advisor:- Sir, aap apni profit and loss report kaise dekhte hain?

Customer:- Sir, main financial year ke end mein accountant se connect


karke mangwa leta hoon.

Advisor:- Sir, aapko accountant se connect karne ki zarurat nahi hai. Aap
apni profit and loss report directly dekh sakte hain, aur agar aap share
karna chahte hain, toh vo bhi aap PDF option par click karke kar sakte
hain. Aap apne previous year ki profit and loss reports bhi dekh sakte
hain aur share kar sakte hain.

Customer:- Sir, yeh kaafi useful hai mere liye. Aur mujhe ab accountant
ko baar-baar contact karne ki zarurat nahi padegi.

Advisor:- Ji Sir, iss app ke dwara apka dependency kaam hota hain
accountant ke upar se and aap apne business ka data kabhi bhi kahi se
bhi audit kar payenge.

Aap, iss app ke through vouchers/entries bhi bana sakte hain kabhi bhi
kahi se bhi. Iske liye apko home screen pe + ka option uspe aap click
karenge toh jo bhi voucher apko banana hain wo aap bana sakte hain.

Guide the customer for any such voucher creation. (specifically


Invoice / Receipt).

Iske baad aap apne saare parties ke details, ledgers, item details aap
dekh bhi sakte hain and share bhi kar sakte hain. Iske saath aap nayi
items bana bhi sakte hain.

Sir/Ma’am agar apka product based business hain toh phir aap apne
saare product ke details dekh sakte hain and nayi items bana bhi sakte
hain.

Reports main apko aapke pure business ka overview mil jaati hain jaise
ki aap accounting reports, my entries, financial reports (jis main apko
P&L, Trial Balance & Balance Sheet) bhi dikhegi, top reports, sales
overview, stock reports and receivables ki report dikhegi.

Take the feedback for each & every screen and then pitch the plans.

Situation 2:

If the customer isn’t present infront of the Tally system, kindly


check the next availability.

Advisor : Sir, apka jo phone hain wo hamesha apke pass rehta hain but
Tally rehta hain PC/Desktop pe. Isse dikkat yeh hoti hain ki aap business
ka decision instant nahi le sakte ho. Livekeeping ke through aap kahi pe
bhi Tally ko chala payenge, voucher/ledger share kar payenge and nayi
vouchers kahi pe bhi bana payenge anytime.

Advisor : Sir, apki dependency desktop/laptop ke khatam ho jayegi and


aap accounting ka analytics kahi pe bhi dekh sakte hain. Aap kab
available hain yeh setup dekhne ke liye ?
