PRODUCTION PLANNING AND TRACKING WEB

Objective:

Traze will allow you to plan all your sales order based on one customer company per work order,
depending on your shipping days from and to, you will be able to determine what activity you will do
if it is Wetpack or Tables, we will utilize the resource allocation of all materials and the production
capacity to manage them e ectively and on an agile way to track production e iciently.

a) Production Planning will allow you to choose many sales orders from the same
customer company to create one work order per it.
I.E:
Customer Company: Loblaw Companies Ltd
Origin Location: BT Mississauga, ON
Ship Date From and To: July 17th
Plan Status: Pending
Order Activity: Wetpack or table or both; you decide based on your processes

Select all the Sales Orders (total of 111 in this case ) hit the button after
it.

A new window pop-up will open to determine the following:


Production Center: Toronto PC
Output Storage Unit: Toronto Production
Activity: Tables/Wetpack
Final Shipping Location: BT-MIS-ON

Start Plan Date: 07/14/2024


Creation Mode: Same Work Order
Existing Work Order: none
Autofill

Once you create it will pop-up a small window with the following message:
To process labels will need to be from Work Order Tab or Work Order Items to generate all
labels go to Process Button and will pop-up a window asking you if the labels requiers HU or
pre-create HU/ autofill/process and download the document template type and document
template.
Once you process your labels, you can go to the processing column to reprint labels by
clicking on the quantity under Work Orders Tab or Work Order Items tab :
Depending on what you need can do autofill or print some of them or one by selecting Item
type and Print /Download quantity and download them.

With the following calendar Icon you can move the quantities planned by product. Just make

sure pending stay on green

Sales Orders Tab: You will be able to see all sales orders depending on your header filters.
Sales Order Items Tab: You will be able to see by sales items depending on your header filters.
Work Orders Tab: Will show you what work order was planned for all your sales orders.
Work Orders Items Tab: Will show you what work order items belong to your sales order.

Create Work Order: Will pop up a new window to fill the information mentioned on a)
Existing Work Order: if you need to add something to the WO, will use this functionality.
View Work Order: Will allow you to view your work order on a pop-up window called work
order.

Shipped.

18. Purchases Track quantities such as Ordered, For Production, Sales Fulfilled,
Shipped, Shipping Pending, In Transit, Received.

19. Supply Chain (storages)


20. Dumps and Missing

21. Production Track quantity such as Required, Planned, Pending to Plan, Pre-
consumed, Consumed, Completed, Pending to Complete, Available.

h) You can drag the columns

i) You can export the information to Excel

j) Items per Page are important

k) Column Manager will help you to see the information you required

Will allow you to view your Work orders only not to create Work Orders:
Using the same filters.

For PDA users:


Access to the app on the scanner with the user and password given, go to Inventory

Outbound/Work Order Consumption


New/Scan the barcode
