Resolution No. 9

The Barangay Council of Mabalite, Tadian, Mountain Province held a meeting on July 21, 2019, where they unanimously passed Resolution No. 9, recommending the appointment of Alex Mogil and Leonardo Gamong-e as Katarungang Pambarangay. This recommendation was made due to the withdrawal of previous appointees Maria Dapios and Torino Colas. A copy of the resolution will be sent to the Municipal Mayor and the Department of Interior and Local Government Officer for further action.

Resolution No. 9, Series 2019

A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY RECOMMENDING THE APPOINTMENT OF ALEX MOGIL AND LEONARDO


GAMONG-E AS KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY OF MABALITE, TADIAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE.

WHEREAS, a vacancy exist when the appointment of Mrs. Maria Dapios and Mr. Torino Colas has been
withdrawned for they can no more do their duties;

WHEREAS, Alex Mogil and Leonardo Gamong-e submitted their application as Barangay Lupon
respectively;

WHEREAS, section 389 (b.5) of the 1991 Local Government Code and Rule XV, Article 88 (b.5) of the
Implementing Rules and Regulations of Local Governent Code of 1991, thus upon approval by the
majority of all members of the sangguniang barangay, The punong barangay shall appoint the barangay
treasurer, the barangay secretary and other appointed barangay officials.

NOW THEREFORE,upon motion and duly seconded and carried unnanimously;

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to recommend Mr Alex V. Mogil and Mr. Leonardo M. Gamong-e as
the new Katarungan Pambarangay of Barangay Mabalite, Tadian, Mountain Province.

RESOLVED FURTHERE, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to Hon. Constito Masweng the
Municipal Mayor and Department of Interior and Local Government Officer Erwin Fegcan of the
Municipality of Tadian, Mountain Province for their information and appropriate action.

Adopted this 21st day of July, 2019 at Mabalite, Tadian, Mountain Province.
