Monday - Shopping Day

8:00am to 10:30am – Listed the items needed to buy at the market.

10:31am to 3:30pm – Grocery Time

3:31 pm to 4:30 pm – Break Time

4:31 pm to 6:00pm – Cleaning and disinfecting the items bought in the market.

6:31 pm to 7:00pm - Costing and Breakdown

7:01pm – 7:30pm – Doing the Daily Plan of Activities for upcoming week.

7:31pm to 8:00pm – Prepared the equipment for tomorrow.

Tuesday – Selling day.

9:00 am to 10:00 am – Preparation of raw materials and equipment.

10:01am to 4:00pm – Selling time

4:01 pm to 5:00pm - Cleaning

5:01pm to 6:00pm – Inventory

Wednesday – Selling

9:00 am to 10:00 am – Preparation of raw materials and equipment.

10:01am to 4:00pm – Selling time

4:01 pm to 5:00pm - Cleaning

5:01pm to 6:00pm – Inventory

Thursday – Shopping and Selling Day
