Promoted to the academic year 2025 – 2026 in IILM University, Greater Noida.

I hereby agree to the below guidelines :

1. I am availing hostel facility of IILM University, Greater Noida.


2. Payment of hostel fee (Full Year / Half Year) is mandatory for confirmation.
While the fee may be paid in two instalments, the entire amount must be submitted
within the prescribed schedule.
3. The hostel fee, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Once the hostel facility is availed, the fee will be applicable for the full
academic year. Students will not be permitted to withdraw from the hostel mid-
semester or mid-year.
5. Allotment will be made strictly based on the chronological order of fee deposit. No
exceptions will be made once all available slots are filled.
6. The final right of hostel allotment will remain with the University.
7. I shall be abiding by all the rules, regulations and instructions of the
college as intimated from time to time and fully responsible for my conduct
and shall ensure discipline at all times.
8. I will be solely responsible for any vandalism or damage caused to the
hostel and will bear the penalty imposed by the University. The university
shall charge 3 times the actual cost of the damaged or missing asset from
the hostel room/flat. (TO BE PAID BY THE ACTUAL OFFENDER OR
DISTRIBUTED AMONGST ALL OCCUPANTS, AS THE CASE MAY BE)
9. No Student is allowed to change the room without the prior approval from
the warden and the admin manager.
10. All students are required to refer to the hostel manual for details of
conduct, rules and regulations applied to all the hostel occupants.
