We are solicitors representing Mrs. Busola Ayobami Olubori, your landlady herein after
called our ‘client’ and on whose firm instruction we wish to state as follows;
1. Our client informed us that you are a yearly tenant in one of her property situate
and lying at Mrs. Olubori’s House, Opara Estate II, off Adeun Road, Crescent
University Area, Abeokuta, Ogun State and that you are currently occupying a
Two (2) Bedroom Flat apartment.
2. That your current rent is ₦150,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand
Naira) per annum which is ₦12,500.00 (Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Naira)
per month is.
3. Based on the above stated facts, our Client has instructed us to notify you of her
uncompromising resolution to increase the said rent from ₦150,000.00 (One
Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) per annum to ₦250,000.00 (Two Hundred
and Fifty Thousand Naira) per annum starting from 1st day March, 2023.
TAKE NOTICE that, this letter also serves as notice to quit in the event that you
failed or neglected to comply with the notice of increment in rent as stated above you
have till the 31st day of August, 2023 to vacate the said apartment which you hold of
our Client as a yearly tenant thereof and look for an alternative apartment.
