Overview:
We are seeking a DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing cloud-native infrastructure and
automation for our patient-centred Life Management Platform (LMP). You will lead initiatives that ensure secure, scalable, and efficient
delivery pipelines while aligning infrastructure practices with healthcare compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and maintain robust cloud-native infrastructure and automated deployment strategies.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Implement and monitor system reliability, performance, disaster recovery, and backup protocols.
• Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) configurations with regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve system/environment issues.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to DevOps engineers.
Desired Profile:
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology), or an equivalent
qualification.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in monitoring and observability, including alerting, dashboarding, and integration with DevSecOps practices to ensure
system reliability, security, and performance visibility.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
• Skilled in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments.
• Familiar with compliance standards relevant to healthcare technology (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Strategic, detail-oriented leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in GxP-compliant environments, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in Life Sciences and
Pharmaceutical domains.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, focusing on secure access, identity verification, and least-privilege principles within
enterprise systems.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with healthcare IT systems or patient engagement platforms.
• Familiarity with IAM platforms and enterprise integration patterns.
• Previous involvement in managing complex, distributed enterprise environments.
• Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, as well as relevant DevOps certifications, demonstrating expertise in cloud
infrastructure, automation, and deployment practices.
