Job Summary:-
Job Title: Wealth Manager
Location: Ambadeep Building, KG Marg, New Delhi – 110001
Department: Wealth Management & Advisory
Reporting To: Regional Head – Wealth Management
As a Wealth Manager at IIFL Securities Ltd., you will be responsible for acquiring and managing a
portfolio of affluent clients and offering them tailored financial solutions. The role combines
relationship management with investment advisory and financial product sales, making it both
strategic and client-facing. You will serve as a trusted financial advisor, guiding clients on wealth
creation, capital preservation, and risk management across asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:-
Acquire and manage high-net-worth clients and their investment portfolios.
Build strong client relationships through effective communication, advisory support, and consistent
portfolio monitoring.
Sell a wide range of financial products:
1. Investment Products: PMS, AIFs, PE Funds, Mutual Funds, Structured Products (MLDs, NCDs),
Corporate FDs, Govt/Corporate Bonds
2. Insurance Solutions: Life, Health, Term & ULIPs - Loan Products: LAP, LAS, HL - NRI Investment
Solutions
3. Advisory Platforms: Smallcase, Purnartha
Provide tailored investment advice and portfolio strategies.
Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and resolve queries effectively.
Conduct regular meetings and generate new business through cross-selling

Required Qualifications:-
Proven experience in Relationship Management or Financial Sales.
Track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with CRM platforms like Zoho.
High ethical standards and a client-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:-
Graduate or higher degree (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
Preferred Certifications (not mandatory): NISM V-A, IRDA License, CFP, CFA Level 1, CWM,
NISM X-A/X-B.
