Aluminium Vertical Formwork
Formwork systems are plays the major role in the success of a construction project in terms
of speed, quality, cost and safety of the works.
Aluminum formwork is a construction system for forming cast in place concrete structure of
a Building. Aluminum formwork is used for RCC(reinforced cement concrete), load-bearing,
multistoried buildings. This increases efficiency, and also produces an extraordinarily strong
structure with excellent concrete finish. This is one of the systems identified to be very much
suitable for Indian conditions for mass construction, where quality and speed can be
achieved at a high level. Vertical Formwork used to form vertical supporting elements of the
structure such as columns, core wall and shear walls etc.

panels are used, stored and maintained properly.
Auto Gauging Technology for cutting, punching, slotting which ensures consistent quality
of panels every single time.

Features And Benefits
Aluminium Formwork System is highly suited to Structural wall construction whereas traditional
formwork consisting of plywood and timber is not suitable for the high pressures of free Flowing
concrete on the wall.
Load Carrying Capacity
1 The load-carrying capacity of Aluminum formwork is around 60KN/m2 per square meter.
Striking Time
2 The striking time of vertical (wall) formwork is 12-24 hours after concreting and horizontal
(deck) formwork is 36-72 hours after concreting.
Durability
3 As the panels of Aluminum formwork are made of structural grade aluminum alloy, they are
very durable and sturdy.
Cycle Time
4 High speed of construction can be achieved by this system that means faster completion of
the project. Approximately, the times required to cast floor is 7 days.
