My diet in a day

Breakfast
Well, I usually have breakfast at about 7:00 a.m. on the days I must wake up early and
on the other ones I have it at about 10:00 a.m. My meals have been simple nowadays. I
can’t afford many products anymore. Breakfast is made by myself but the coffee is
made by my mom so I can save time to not get in my class late. I’m a cheese addicted
so I love everything with cheese. When I’m in a hurry, I have it standing and when I’m
in time I sit on my kitchen chair. But on all the sceneries I have it very fast because I’m
used to eat fast. I love having a cup of coffee and a loaf of bread with cheese and yet a
banana included

Snack
At around 10:30 a.m it’s time for a little snack. It’s usually the time when I get home
from school. I make it all by myself and I find it very juicy too. Yummy! When I’m in
the mood of cooking I fry a loaf of bread with butter and when not I just eat it the way it
is naturally. Oh there’s a fruit smoothie too. I sometimes choose a banana one in order to
get creamier but I also adore a strawberry smoothie very cold. It’s not that cold all the
time but I prefer it cold to get tastier.

Lunch
Wow, it’s finally lunchtime and there’s one thing you should know at first. I hate it when
it’s very hot because my tongue burns and I feel disappointed about the aching feeling
on it. It’s the most important meal for me once I get really satisfied by having it .
There’s a really important thing I must acknowledge. Lunch is always made by my
mom after doing the dishes. I still can’t get how two people are able to produce way too
much waste by week but there’s nothing I can do so far. My favorite lunch food is it:
two spoonfuls of rice, one spoonful of beans, two fried chicken fillets and some black
cabbage. Remember that beans will help you to feel more satiated.
Snack
Here’s the second snack of the day. My mom makes the gelatin and I make the fruit
smoothie. My favorite gelatin flavor is cherry, it’s got a very different taste for me and
it’s very healthy, full of collagen. The second smoothie is made of some fruit left in the
kitchen, we don’t buy that much fruit due to the rate of supermarket inflation that is
almost everyday. I’ve found out that smoothies make me feel very satisfied, I can
manage to stay at least three or four hours without starving.

Dinner
I learned from some source I just can’t remember now that dinner must be something
really light so I have for dinner a bowl of oatmeal. I used to have with sugar but now
I’m a sugarfree person once I was starting to feel a little sick consuming sugar in my
diet
In the beginning we feel strange by cutting off sugar, but after a while we become to
feel much better, specially in mental health. Oh I love putting some powder milk on it.
Everything gets better with powder milk, my passion. After this meal I feel light and
ready to move on
Supper
Well, the day is almost over but I don’t like to go to sleep with my stomach empty so I
have a cup of milk, it’s not always in a glass just like the photo shows. I love the taste of
milk but not the light one because it’s tasteless for me. As I have just said everything
with milk is amazing but many health professionals don’t recommend milk anymore.
Oh dear, is there a gap in this recommendation? I don’t know but let’s have it
moderately.
