A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUNONG BARANGAY TO ENTER INTO A


MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT
OF AMULUNG FOR THE PROPOSED (₱10,000.00) CONSTRUCTION
(CONTINUATION) OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL (MPH) WITH (₱40,000.00)
INSTALLATION OF CCTV FOR DISASTER AND PEACE AND ORDER MONITORING
PROJECT TO BE FUNDED BY THE MAYOR ELPIDIO R. RENDON
DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM AMOUNTING TO FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(₱50,000.00).

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of La Suerte, Amulung, Cagayan


recognizes the need of improving of our Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH) and installing a
CCTV in the barangay to ensure public safety,peace and order, and to monitor any
kinds of disaster and most of all to enhance the overall quality of life of its constituents;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay believes that the improvement of Multi-


Purpose Hall and installation of CCTV is a sustainable and cost-effective solution to
address security and preparedness of the barangay;
WHEREAS, the Municipal Local Government Unit of Amulung shall grant to evey
Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGUs) an amount of ₱50,000.00 for project that will
promote community development and improve public services;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Barangay of, as


duly assembled, that:
 The Punong Barangay is hereby authorized to enter into a Memorandum
of Agreement (MOA) with the Municipal Local Government Unit of
Amulung for the said project, subject to the terms and conditions
stipulated in the MOA and in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and
regulations.
 The Punong Barangay is authorized to sign and execute the MOA on
behalf of the barangay.
 The Sangguniang Barangay hereby expresses its full support for the
proposed project and commits to provide the necessary assistance for its
complete implementation
 The amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱50,000.00) from the Grant to
Barangay Local Government Unit (BGLGU) shall be allocated for the
implementation of the identified project.
