AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE
I, Shashwat Parihar, aged about 32 years, Counsel on Record, having office
at 54, Tower 14, Supreme Enclave, Mayur Vihar-I, New Delhi 110091, do
hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:
I. That I am the Advocate for the Petitioner and thereby authorized to
sign the present Affidavit on behalf of the Petitioner in the above
captioned matter.
II. I say that I am well acquainted with the facts of the instant case and
hence, I am competent to swear this Affidavit.
III. That this Hon’ble Court vide its order dated 11.03.2025 was pleased
to direct the Respondent to serve a copy of the Petition to the
Respondent in W.P.(C) 2344/2025 & CM APPL. 11032/2025. A
Copy of the order dated 11.03.2025 is annexed herewith and
marked as Annexure-1.
IV. Thereafter, the Petitioner in lieu of the order dated 11.03.2025 has
duly served the soft copy of the Petition on the registered email
address of the respondents, i.e., rbi@lexorbis.com and
ramesh@lexorbis.com on 24.06.2025. A copy of the Proof of
Service via E-mail dated 24.06.2025 is annexed herewith and
marked as Annexure-2.
V. Thereafter, the Petitioner in lieu of the order dated 11.03.2025 has
duly served the copy of the Petition at the address of the
Respondent vide Speed Post on 28.05.2025 which was delivered to
the Respondent on 29.05.2025. A Copy of postal receipts dated
28.05.2025, along with the tracking report, is annexed herewith and
marked as Annexure-3.
VI. Thereafter, the Petitioner in lieu of the order dated 11.03.2025 has
duly served the copy of the Petition at the address of the
Respondent vide Registered Courier on 03.07.25 with tracking
number- DEL203682269 along with the tracking report, is annexed
herewith and marked as Annexure-4.
VII. That the Petitioner hereby files the present affidavit to bring on
record the compliance of service to the Respondent herein. The
contents of the affidavit are based on records. The contents of the
Affidavit are true to my personal knowledge and information.
