1. Job Title and Reporting:


Your designation will be Management Trainee. You will report to Naimesh Solanki, Manager
Operations, or any other manager as designated by the company.

2. Location:
Your initial work location will be Thane. However, you may be transferred to any Capgemini
location in India or abroad as per business requirements.

3. Compensation:
Your total compensation will be INR 504,000 per annum, as detailed in Annexure A –
Compensation Structure.

4. Joining Date:
Your expected date of joining is July 14, 2025. Please confirm acceptance of this offer by 6:00 PM
today.

5. Security Deposit:
You are required to pay a refundable security deposit of INR 1,140 as a token of acceptance of
this offer. This amount will be refunded upon your successful joining on the specified date. In the
event that you do not join on or before July 14, 2025, this security deposit shall stand forfeited and
will not be refunded.

6. Background Verification:
This offer is subject to satisfactory background verification of documents and references provided
by you.

7. Other Terms:
- You will be governed by Capgemini’s policies, code of conduct, and confidentiality requirements.
- You will be required to sign an Employment Agreement upon joining.

Annexure B – Terms and Conditions
1. Probation Period: You will be on probation for six (6) months from your date of joining. Your
employment will be confirmed in writing upon satisfactory completion of this period.
2. Notice Period: Post-confirmation, either party may terminate this employment by providing
60 days’ notice in writing or salary in lieu thereof.
3. Confidentiality: You shall maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding any information
pertaining to Capgemini, its clients, and its operations.
4. Conduct: You are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity, professional
conduct, and compliance with Capgemini policies.
5. Background Verification: Any misrepresentation or suppression of information shall result in
immediate termination without notice.
6. Other Benefits: You will be eligible for benefits and entitlements as per company policy,
which may be amended from time to time.
