I want to express how extremely frustrated and stressed out and disappointed I am
and how my case has been handled so far. I feel like something is being
misunderstood or ignored or I don’t know what it what it is, but I told you from
the beginning that I literally didn’t do what they are accusing me of from top to
bottom 100% false charges, and there’s security video evidence to prove that, And
yet we still don’t have the evidence. Is it evidence like a major part of having a
case and being able to negotiate a bargain? And nobody has explained once why I’m
to be on the fast track court thing I want to be on a regular takes Weeks not
days court schedule nobody nobody asked me. Nobody told me nobody. Nobody has
explained anything about it and I’m not OK with the way things are. I get up in
front of a judge and with my lawyer next to me the prosecutor reads off my charges
and the plea deal and revoked it before I even knew we had one. He literally stood
up in court and took it back and said it was off the table now, the gentleman that
you sent up to stand with with me in court didn’t understand that. The judge had to
explain it to him like five times before he finally understood what was going on
and asked for a break and called you. And you are pushing me to take this deal deal
even though I’ll tell you that I’m innocent and we can prove it when I was looking
for a lawyer I googled best reviewed lawyer and Phoenix and your name came up and
you had great reviews. People said that you were fighting for them for like these
big serious charges and situations, but yet my my Freaking charge I can prove with
video evidence can’t get taken care of? I do not want to move forward with things
the way they are. I would rather go to trial and be able to show the video evidence
to a jury and be found not guilty to settle for a plea deal with probation and drug
test and, not be able to move out of state and owing the state all this money all
of a sudden and admitting that I did something that I didn’t do. So if we can not
work together to achieve that outcome. Any outcome where these charges are dropped
or not guilty then I would like to resend my Contract hiring you, get as much money
back as I can get because you guys literally haven’t helped me at all anymore than
I could’ve done myself or with a public defender for sure and I’ll go take my
chances with a public defender and save myself $7000. I didn’t have $7000 to begin
with. I’m having to borrow it for my retired mom. And one other thing we didn’t go
to the place that night where we are doing charges from to do anything bad we went
to target and then we saw there were some dumpsters behind target and stuff and we
were gonna go dumpster diving, when my daughter tried to open the door with my
other daughter, they were seen on camera by another store and the employees drove
around and saw them with their own eyes, and then the police came and got the video
footage and saw with their own eyes and arrested both my daughters. the only one
who actually got her part of her arm is the only thing happened nobody ever tried
to steal anything anything nobody got into any place. She got her arms stuck
halfway into the door. She got her charges dropped to a misdemeanor charge of
defacement private property and she got like 16 hours of community service. And my
other daughter is also being charged with the same charges as I am and has retained
her own legal counsel and they are working on getting the video and exonerating
her. And the police report says that I am holding the door open when my daughter
wedges a hanger and do it blah blah blah is not me on the video. That’s my daughter
on the video, employees of the other store that watched them on the video camera
came, and identified them that night while we were there just not me at all. I was
never arrested for any of this and the prosecutor is asking for two years of
probation for something that I can prove I didn’t do. are you not able to help me
achieve the verdict that I deserve? I need to know now because if I need to replace
you as my lawyer and get another lawyer. I’m pretty sure I have to do that. You
know in a certain amount of time in the courts and again why am I on some fast
track court thing that doesn’t make any sense.It is not what I want. That doesn’t
help me at all. None of this has helped me. nothing you guys have done has helped
me, I’m so disappointed and so mad that no one has stopped and listened to me and
that no one is fighting to prove my innocence. You’re just fighting to get me the
least amount of charge as possible when I shouldn’t be charged at all. I’m going to
send an email to the prosecutor and copy this letter to him, also going to copy it
to the judge and my daughter’s lawyer, and see if I cannot get somebody to listen
to me now. And shame on you for trying to push me to sign a plea yesterday when I
didn’t even get to read it I didn’t get to put my eyes on it and you wanted me to
make decision about it, shame on you guys and shame on you for sending John to
defend me. He had no idea what he was. doing, and the judge had to reprimand and
correct several times. and who filed motion based on what I suggested to him not
what he knew to do. And then he pushed me into trying to sign the plea bargain that
nobody ever even read to me. He didn’t help my case, he actually hurt it. I hope
this isn’t the way that you handle your cases now maybe I should’ve looked it more
recent reviews. I don’t know. I really liked you when I saw you in court I really
believed it. I really had a feeling you were gonna help me, but you have not helped
me you have not listened to me or help me and I get the feeling that it’s too much
trouble for you to try and help me. So maybe we should part ways. But I would like
a refund immediately please. Thank you
