2. Fold this paper on the dotted line and place it your dashboard under your registration sticker making sure
that your temporary certificate and your vehicle identification number (VIN) are visible.

3. Failure to display BOTH the NTS registration sticker on the windshield AND this Temporary Certificate of
Registration may result in the insurance of a traffic or parking sticker.

4. If you do not receive the permanet registration sticker that replaces this temporary document by the
Expirarion date, pleace call or visit DMV at www.dmv.ny.gov, or visit your local motor Vehicles office.
