Rates may be quoted for breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner separately.

The contractor is required to prepare food items as per the menu fixed by IIIT from time to time, at the
kitchen situated in the IIIT Sri City Chittoor Campus and served at designated locations.

The changes, if any, will be communicated to the contractor well in advance.


Serving locations:
a) IIITS Mess area (ground and 1st floor).
b) one / two additional serving location (Creekside/Vaidehi Apartments).
The approximate number of headcounts to be served for break-fast, lunch, evening snack with tea and
dinner will be as follows:

1) At the IIIT Sri City mess building dining hall (ground floor and First floor): Approx. numbers 400 - 600

2) At the other supply location(s) Creekside/Vaidehi Apartments approximate numbers 120 - 180

3) At the other supply location(s) Matheremitta approximate numbers 100 - 120

4) During working days of the institute evening tea and snacks to be supplied at Academic Block/IIITS Mess
area for total headcount.
5) During all holidays food must be supplied at designated locations.

Contractor has to make his own arrangements for transportation of the food items to designated locations
The timings of meals to be served shall be fixed by the competent
authority.
Caterer is requested to visit the kitchen and dining halls before submitting the Financial Bid.
