friend's father, claiming to offer job opportunities abroad and requesting payments
via mobile money.

2. INITIAL CONTACT

- Scammer claimed to represent "Pencil and Promise Travel Agency".
- They used the following contact details:

- Phone Number: 0539902299 (Ghana number)
- They offered visa and job placements abroad in exchange for upfront fees.
- The official NGO "Pencils of Promise" has publicly issued disclaimers disowning
any such travel or job programs.

3. INVESTIGATION METHOD (Grabify IP Logger)

To trace the scammer, a Grabify tracking link was created to mimic an official-
looking URL:
