1 Removal of existing screed upto mother slab

Dismantling of Existing Screed Concrete / cinder fill


without damaging the mother slab, It includes
Carting of debris away from the campus premises.
Sqm 1.00 -
The rate shall includes all labours, accessories, tools
& tackles, leads & lifts, cleaning etc., complete all as
per the direction of Engineer In charge with
precautionary safety measures as per the site
Horizontal & Vertical Expansion joint treatment

(Sealing tape)

The treatment of Horizontal and vertical joint with


the combination of two products namely chowgules
sealing tape XTP-200 and Poxy fix-005.The scope
work includes providing and protection of sealing Rmt 11.00 -
tape XTP-200 with 22 gauge GI flushing by anchoring
one side only.

3 Providing and laying of M20 concrete

Providing and laying of M20 grade cement concrete


with 53 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate
conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse
aggregate not exceeding 25mm. Concrete layed Avg
75mm thickness over the treated area to the
required gradient. The rate shall includes all
materials, labours, wastages, tools & tackles, leads &
lifts, necessary shuttering and supporting's, cleaning, Sqm 1.00 -
curing, admixtures as approved, etc., complete all as
per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge and
complete the work with necessary precautionary
safety measures as per the site condition.

4 Water proofing

Surface Preparation:
The entire Expansion joint treatment area shall be
taken up for thorough surface preparation which
includes grinding and chipping of the loose
screed/mortar at all necessary areas.

Providing and laying of crystal Flex 2k Super strong


alkali ne based Crystalline type waterproofing
system on the expansion joint treatment area. Sqm 1.00 -
The waterproofing system is brush applied in 2 coats
on pre-dumped cured concrete. The waterproofing
system shall include treatment of all old joints,
construction joints, honey comb areas and
separation watas, which will built up with high
strength polymer modified Mortar.

Providing & Making Groove Cutting (5mm width) &

Bituman sealant

Surface Preparation : The entire area of the sealant


application shall be taken up for thorough surface
preparation which includes removing of the existing
sealant/ loose scales / dust / blisters with required
tools / brush as it should hold the Sealant.
Providing and applying of hot Bituman sealant at
expansion joint concrete finish level as
Rmt 3.00 -
standard/approved make packers rods inserts, as
BDPL specification. The rate should be includes
maintaining the groove with uniform thickness,
cleaning materials, tools & tackles, leads & lifts,
surface preparation, labours, transaction etc..,
Complete the work as per direction of engineer in
charge.
Note :- Bitman sealant work done as per moke up
