MEAL WHAT TO EAT

Early Morning A glass of warm water, honey and half a lime

Or

A glass of warm water, half a lime and half teaspoon of cumin powder.

Breakfast Options:

Black coffee without sugar, eat two tomatoes with two boiled eggs.

Or

One cup green tea unsweetened, eat two boiled eggs with 1 banana.

Or

A glass of tomato juice with only two boiled eggs.

Lunch Options:

Have two boiled eggs white parts only, 4 ounces of fish & drink a cup of green tea.

Or

2 eggs white parts only, 4.2 ounces of chicken (Boiled without skin) and drink a cup of green tea.

Or

2 boiled eggs white parts only, 4.2 ounces of well cooked red meat and drink a cup of green tea.

Evening-Snaking A bowl of fruits (green apple, watermelon, kiwi, melon, and strawberries)

Dinner Options:

Have your favorite vegetable (peas, broccoli, mushrooms, cauliflower, bell peppers, etc.)

They must be steamed, drink a cup of green tea.

Or

A piece of Rusk, 4 ounces of cottage cheese and a cup of low fat milk.

Or

Green salads of your choice, two baked potatoes, drink a cup of green tea.
