Providing, fixing & erection of conventional formwork by approved 12mm thick 12mm Plastic coated, marine resistant waterproof plywood shuttering or
any other approved material shuttering and centering for structural concrete work in locations called for including strutting, propping, bracing, bolting,
wedging, casing, striking, removal etc. complete for any size, section, thickness,for all geometrical shapes . Props shall consist of well designed steel pipes
adequately braced (wooden ballies as props shall not be permitted) for all depth and height. Packing of Tie rod holes with pre-approved waterproofing
compound post deshuttering as EIC. The Rate includes proper bracing, ties, anchors, bolts, nuts, washers, packing plates, fasteners of adequately
designed capacities, vaccum pump/airblowers for cleaning of shuttering prior to casting, walking platform over slab for movement post reinforcement
1 fixing, producing finished concrete surfaces as mentioned in specifications etc. The design of formwork & scaffolding with calculations shall be submitted Sqm
by strutural designer of the Contractor and approval from the Company is mandotory before starting of any formwork/cup-lock scaffolding.
1. Rate shall also include provision and use of sacrificial tie rods / water stopper at all water retaining structures such as walls, slabs etc. upto 3.6m height.
2. Rate inclusive of providing re-propping etc. along with adjustable CT props, Steel props for re-propping at any location and height. Stripping time and re
propping to be carried out as per IS code and no extra claim will be allowed for keeping props/formwork for excess duration as per instructions of the
Company and/or the Company's representative. Rate to be inclusive of heavy duty adhesive tape, plugs, PVC spacers, formwork release agent etc. and
adjustments and consumables for expansion joint.
Providing and laying Ready mix Controlled cement concrete conforming to specified grade (IS 456-2000) at all levels and locations, In footings,
foundations, raft slabs/raft beams, columns, walls, beams, lintels, ledge beams , Plinth beams, drop panels, slabs, chajjas, facias, pardis, fins, stair case,
service areas like STP, D.G.Foundations, AHU Foundations, chiller foundations, Electrical related foundations, ramps, ramp grooves, ramp beams, cable
trenches, equipment foundations,etc., using M sand, River sand (As approved by the Company) with 20mm and down graded aggregate of basalt or trap
confirming to Indian standards, as per specification at all levels and all heights. The work shall be executed at places wherever needed using concrete
pumps, boom placer, tower crane etc. and compacting with vibrators, with Conventional/Aluminium formwork as per Company Specification and Codal
Guidelines and Structural consultant/the Company requirements. the item shall including curing or approved curing compound application (As approved by
the Company) as per manufacturer's specifications for the concrete surface except slab top and making the exposed surfaces rough by hacking or
applying bonding agent such as hackaidplast or approved equivalent to receive the plaster wherever necessary and the ceiling/slab bottom to be non-
undulated surface to be ready to receive direct putty application etc., complete as per drawing and specifications. The cost shall include all repairing
works as per the Company's discretion if any.
Rate to be inclusive of placement of cover blocks of one grade higher strength and placing 200 micron polythene sheet above slab and erection of
2 temporary shade as per the Company's consultation and approval for protection against rain/sun to avoid shrinkage cracks after initial curing.Rate shall be
inclusive of coordination with other agencies for laying conduits, boxes, pipes, clamps, GI sleeves, PVC Rungs, GI puddle flanges, U hooks etc. as directed
at site by the Company and ensure they do not get damage or clogged while concreting. Rate shall include forming construction joints, expansion strips
etc. complete (Chipping, Cement slurry / nito bond application between slabs/beams/walls/ columns is in scope of the contractror,Nitobond will be used at
the junction of old and fresh concrete.) The rate shall include cost of testing throughout the period of concreting and for testing of concrete as per the
Company's approved NABL testing Labs including non-destructive test and remedial works ordered by the Company consequent upon the results falling
below the minimum specified criteria. The rate shall include all the necessary measures during construction and post construction to be taken to make the
concrete crack free and water tight. Any cost towards this will be a part of the item and no extra claim shall be entertained to achieve the same.
Note :- Contractor shall use Higher grade Fosroc GP2 or Equivalent as approved by the Company and Mechanical grinder in repairing joints and
honeycombs if required. The item is Including providing and applying Nitobond or equivalent as approved by the Company at the junction of old and fresh
concrete. No additional payment shall be done for any such activities. Cementatious content shall be as per Technical specification Page No:24

Providing & fixing steel reinforcement (Reinforcement Bars shall conform to IS-1786 of Fe 500/550D Grade) for RCC work including transporting, handling,
storing properly, hoisting, decoiling, straightening, removing loose rust, cutting, bending, tying and placing for all profile and for all lead & lift at desired
level by mechanical means as & when required and binding with 18 gauge GI wire (double Knot) to the entire satisfaction of PMC/Owner. Payment of steel
shall be made as per drawing and approved bar bending schedule with permissible laps and paid on the basis of the sectional weights of bar as per
relevant I.S. Code. The rate shall include cost of binding wire, spacers, pins, chairs, cover blocks which will not be measured separately for payment.
(Chairs,spacers and rolling margines shall be considered only for reconcilation purpose and not be paid separately.)
3 The rate also includes protecting the reinforcing bars – in their virgin form or in the fabricated form, or when placed and tied up position or as dowels left

for future continuation of work or at construction joint – against corrosion due to exposure to weather if left exposed and un-encased for more than three
weeks from the date of delivery to the site. Cement wash shall be given to such bars if they are likely to be exposed for more that three weeks and less
than twelve weeks. Process of application of cement slurry shall be repeated after every twelve weeks if the exposure period is stretched.
Rate includes necessary Third Party Test on Reinforcement rebars and furnishing the reports as per EIC.However reinforcement shall be measured only in
lengths of bars as actually placed in position on standard weight basis, no allowance being made in the weight for rolling margin.
Providing and constructing Block Masonry with Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, in proper line and level, at all levels conforming to IS 2185 (part III)
with polymer based adhesive mortar as approved be manufactures and engineer in charge, using standard size of blocks of thicknesses as given below,
including all scaffolding, staging, curing, all lifts, pointing of joints very neatly complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge, all labour, hire and
fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc. complete and as directed at heights, depths and leads & lifts, loading & unloading, transportation & all
other incidental charges etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & directed by EIC. (NOTE: AAC Blocks confirming to grade I of IS-2185 part 3 having
compressive strength more than 5 3.5 N/mm2, Only approved adhesive/polymer mortor shall be used for AAC block works.) Rate shall include the cost of
M20 Grade Concrete Mullion of 150mm wide @ 3m spacing in long walls & in door frames including shuttering & reinforcement @ 4nos 8mm dia bars. Rate
shall include providing concrete binders in proportion of M-20 grade, 75mm thick reinforced with 2 nos. of 8 mm dia Fe 500 bars, RCC binders to be at
every 1.2 metre interval from floor level.
4 Rate to also include Following:
1. Cost of reinforcement and formwork, cover blocks for reinforcement and all other incidental charges etc., all complete and as directed.
2. RCC Mallions and transoms for the masonry as per the codal and site requirement shall be provided. size of transoms shall be as per the thickness of
wall and height 150mm.
3. Closing the gap between the masonry and RCC beam / slab with non shrink grout finished to required slope as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
A ceiling above a partition wall may deflect under loads applied after its erection, or through thermal or other movements. To avoid cracking as a result of
such deflection, the partition wall shall be separated from the ceiling by a gap filled with lean mortar.
Note 1:- The width of the joints not to exceed 10mm.

(i) The Plaster shall be of sufficient thickness to fill up all undulations in the surfaces of masonry and to provide a true surface for wall/ceiling plaster.
Special care shall be taken to soak the walls before applying the plaster and finishing the surface of plaster to ensure uniform texture and free from air
cracks. Before starting the work sufficient Number of button marks shall be done to plumb and level to achieve uniform finish
(ii) All External Windows shall be finished to slope outwards and not less than 1 in 48. The exterior shall be finished as per sample approved, by wooden
float but the interior shall be as per sample finished smooth.
(iii) Plastering to be done either vertical face, horizontal face or angular face. Rate shall include circular /semicircular or any other shape of the faces of
plastering area.
(iv) External plastering works to be inclusive of addition of integral waterproofing compound of approved make with 100 % virgin polypropylene fibrillated
fibres of approved make
(v) The contractor shall make good all the grooves, pockets etc. after the scaffolding is removed.
(vi) The rate for all types of plaster given below should be inclusive of the following items
(a) Providing PVC Fiber mesh, over lapping to a width of 150 mm at the junctions of masonry and concrete works on either side and including tying in
position by using suitable nails / clamps / screws and as directed etc. complete at all levels
5 (b) Forming of drip mould/ bands, grooves of sizes as required etc,. wherever grooves are to be provided horizontally/ vertically for in accordance with the
drawings.
(c) Cost of All material and labour
(d) Hacking of concrete surfaces / application of bonding agent such as hacked plast from sunanda chemicals or from Asian Paints to be plastered or
rendered
(e) Preparation of surfaces by raking out joints, wetting the surface etc.,
(f) Work at all heights, levels and situations.
(g) Washing floors, cleaning glass and leaving premises clean and tidy after the plastering is done. Disposing off the debris outside the site
(h) Curing the same.
(i) Providing necessary scaffolding, ladder, platform for any height and depth and removing the same after the work is completed
(j) Neat finishing of junctions of plaster and skirting
(k) Screening and washing approved fine aggregates
Grooves and Bands shall be measured under item .no. 10.06
Providing and applying 12mm thick plaster including adding approved waterproofing compound 2% by weight of cement, in cement mortar mix ratio CM
1:4 (1 cement : 4 river sand) mixed with approved polypropylene fibers; to internal surfaces of concrete and masonry work; including raking out joints,
hacking concrete surfaces and applying with approved chemical bonding agent for receiving scratch / dash coat plaster curing the same for creating a
possitive bond, preparing junctions of concrete / masonry by neat cleaning, pointing / grouting using non-shrink mortar and further grouting junctions by

Providing & applying good quality approved Vermiculite/Perlite Gypsum Plaster with of average 12 mm thick on RCC and 10-12mm for masonry walls
including all tools and plants, labour, scaffolding if required, surface preparation, initial thiya work, application of approved bonding agent (Bondit ++ or
approved equivalent) on surface as per manufacturer specification, mixing of materials, transportation, placing in position, levelling, finishing (making
surface ready to finish paint), protection, cleaning, making grooves 6mm wide as directed etc. complete to satisfaction of Company as per GPL standard
SOP guidelines for Gypsum plastering. The rates are inclusive of providing approved Glass Fibre mesh (Gyproc / Conmesh or approved equivalent with

on both side and complete as per Engineer In-charge instruction. No extra shall be paid for the Jambs finish as per finishing schedules, Sills, Corners, edges
finish, grooves, bands, offsets, filling of the left-over for flooring/skirting etc., checking of removal and grouting of tie-rods for water tightness, blackcoat
RMP plaster required for higher thickness including scaffolding etc. complete as per direction and to satisfaction of Company including ratifications of
defects if any.
