* This form must be fully completed in BLOCK letters together with two recent photographs of applicant. Applications are to
reach the Principal Immigration Officer, Police Headquaters, Floriana, Malta on Fax No. 247777 at least fifteen days
before the applicant’s date of departure. If any particulars indicated in the application form are found to be incorrect, or if
any information is found to have been withheld, the visa, even if eventually granted, could be cancelled at any time.
ENTRY VISA

Every foreign national coming to Malta must be in possession of a valid passport.

Citizens of the following countries do not require a visa to enter Malta:


Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium,
Belize, Botswana, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Egypt, Fiji, Finland, France, Gambia, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Guyana, Hungary,
Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, Kiribati, Korea (Rep. of),
Kuwait, Lesotho, Libya, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives,
Mauritius, Monaco (Principality of), Morocco, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway,
Papua New Guinea, Poland, Portugal, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, San Marino, Saudi
Arabia, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Solomon, South Africa, Spain,
Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey,

Citizens of the following countries visiting Malta will be given visa upon arrival:
Estonia; Latvia; Yugoslavia

Delegates who require a visa to Malta: Delegates who require a Visa are kindly requested to contact a
Maltese Embassy or Consulate in their country of origin. A charge of Lm10 will be paid by the delegates
at the Embassy or Consulate. Ministers and holders of diplomatic passports will be exempt from this
charge.

Where no Embassy or Consulate exist in foreign countries, Visa’s will be issued to delegates upon their
arrival in Malta, provided that they send the attached filled-in Visa Application Form by the beginning of

The Lm10 charge will be paid on arrival at the Immigration Office at the Malta International Airport.

The Conference Executive will make arrangements to channel visa requests to the Immigration
Authorities, listed above, for processing. The visa forms should still have to be received at least fifteen
days before the expected arrival of the delegate in Malta.
