ABSTRACT
This report summarizes the practical training experience gained during my
internship at Escorts Kubota Limited, a leading name in the agricultural and
construction equipment manufacturing sector. The internship aimed to bridge the
gap between academic learning and industrial practices by providing real-world
exposure to modern manufacturing systems, equipment maintenance procedures,
and organizational workflow.
Throughout the internship, I was actively involved in observing and understanding
the core operations carried out within the plant. This included exposure to various
departments such as maintenance, production, and quality assurance. I also
learned about the company's structured approach to preventive maintenance,

standards, workplace discipline, safety protocols, and the importance of teamwork
and communication in achieving operational efficiency. This internship not only
enhanced my technical skills but also gave me a broader perspective on how
engineering knowledge is applied in a real-world setting.
