do here by Solemnly Affirm and declare as under: -
1. That the deponent is the Register Owner Vehicle Car ( HYUNDAI
CRETA )bearing Registration Number- HP97 G8163 ,Engine
Number-G4FLMB440878,ChassisNumber MALPA812LMM177636
Model-2021 and has sold the said vehicle to Kewal krishan S/o Sh.
Ludher mani R/o Jatwal Tehsil and District Samba for the consideration
Amount of Rupees-900,000/ (Rupees Nine lakhs only).
2. That the deponent has received whole of the consideration amount from
the purchaser.
3. That the deponent has given the possession of the said vehicle to the
purchaser along with the relevant document of the said vehicle.
4. That the said vehicle is free from all sorts of encumbrances and disputes.
5. That the deponent is not responsible for any of the liabilities if occurred in
future in respect of above-mentioned vehicle from today.

1. That the deponent has purchased the Vehicle Car ( HYUNDAI
CRETA )bearing Registration Number- HP97 G8163 ,Engine
Number-G4FLMB440878,ChassisNumber MALPA812LMM177636
Model-2021 and purchased the said vehicle from Vivek Sharma S/o Sh.
Chajju Ram Sharma R/o Karyara Tehsil Hiranagar District Kathua
for the consideration Amount of Rupees-900,000/ (Rupees Nine lakhs
only).
2. That the deponent has paid whole of the consideration amount to the
registered owner.
3. That the deponent has taken the possession of the said vehicle along
with the relevant document of the said vehicle.
4. That the deponent is responsible for any of the liabilities if occurred in
future in respect of above-mentioned vehicle from today.

This deed of said is made at Hiranagar today…..day of ……………. 2024 by
Vivek Sharma S/o Sh. Chajju Ram Sharma R/o Karyara Tehsil
Hiranagar District Kathua (here in after called the party of the first part).
And
Kewal krishan S/o Sh. Ludher mani R/o Jatwal Tehsil and District
Samba (here in after called the party of the second part), Whereas the party of
the first part is Registered Owner of Vehicle Car ( HYUNDAI CRETA )bearing
Registration Number- HP97 G8163 ,Engine Number-
G4FLMB440878,ChassisNumber MALPA812LMM177636 Model-
2021 Whereas the party of the first part has proposed the party of the second
part for selling the said vehicle which proposal has been accepted by the party of
the second part.
Now This Deed of sale witnesses as under: -
1. That the party of the first part has sold the vehicle to the party of
Amount of Rupees-
the second part in consideration of
9,00000/ (Rupees nine lakhs only).
2. That the party of the first part has received the full and final
payment of the said vehicle from the party of the second part.
3. That the said vehicle is free from all sorts of encumbrances
previously and from today awards the party of the second part
shall be responsible for all the liability of the said vehicle if
occurred in future.
4. That the party of the first part has no objection if R/C and other
document of the said vehicle are transferred in the name of party
of second part.
5. That the party of the first part has handed over the possession of
the said vehicle to the party of the second part.

deed today on day of 2024 at Hiranagar.
