leased the said premises to SH. VIPIN SINGH BANSAL vide registered Lease Deed dated 16.02.2024.
We hereby confirm and declare that, we have no objection to the use of the said premises by the
proprietorship firm M/s LAWAKYA ASSOCIATES having its Proprietor SH. VIPIN SINGH BANSAL, as
its principal place of business in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
We further confirm and declare that we have no objection if the firm receiving any communication from
governmental department at the above-said property. This No Objection Certificate shall remain in
force until and unless specifically revoked by us.
