The above captioned matter refers,

Reference is made to your instructions to us to conduct a search on the above-


mentioned company at Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB). We
undertook the said instructions and established that the company exists and it was
incorporated on the 5th day of July, 2022, it has three shareholders who also double
as directors and that there are no charges registered at URSB in respect to the
company.

Please find hereto attached a search report in respect to the same for your further
