OBJECT: of the employment rela/onship between the par/es in fully compliance with the
requirements of the Albanian Labor Legisla/on, company regula/ons, guidelines
and manuals.
Term, proba8on, and termina8on
The Employer agrees to employ and hereby employs the Employee and the

The Par/es may terminate this Agreement during the proba/onary period of 3
months, upon 5-days wriCen no/ce prior to termina/on.
AFer the proba/on period, the Par/es can terminate the contract upon 2 (two)
weeks’ no/ce when the work rela/ons have lasted up to 6 (six) months, 1 (one) month
no/ce for a dura/on period of up to 2 (two) years, 2 (two) months’ no/ce for a
dura/on period of 2 (two) to 5 (Mve) years and 3 (three) months’ no/ce for a dura/on
period of more than 5 (Mve) years; and by following the procedures of ar/cle 144 of
the Labor Code in case the termina/on of the contract is required by the Employer.
The Par/es have also the right to immediate termina/on the contract at any /me due
to reasonable grounds as set forth in ar/cle 144 of the Labor Code.
The Employee will be obligated to con/nue to perform his du/es and shall be paid his
regular salary from the Employer, up to the date of termina/on of the no/ce period as
per point (b) above.
During the no/ce period the Employee has the right of 20 (twenty) hours paid leave
per week, in order to search for a new job
POSITION
The employee posi/on is: Director of Administra/on, Head of Laboratory and Quality Control
(Pharmacist)
JOB DESCRIPTION AND EMPLOYEE’S DUTIES
In above men/oned posi/on Employee will perform the speciMc tasks set forth in the job
descrip/on aCached hereto as Schedule no. 1, which is considered as an integral and substan/al
part of this contract.
In addi/on, the employee should have the following du/es:
• To follow and apply all posi/ve regula/on regarding safety, health and protec/on on
work, Mre protec/on and environmental protec/on and to use all personal protec/ve
equipment.
• To report to the superior lacks regarding safety and protec/on on work.
• To follow and apply all relevant posi/ve regula/ons relevant for his posi/on as well as
standards accepted by Employer.
• To follow and apply all company’s internal regula/ons, instruc/ons and procedures as
well as Messer Group guidelines and general procedures.
• To maintain the knowledge necessary to perform his/her work in accordance with the
modern achievements.
• To follow all other tasks ordered by superior which are in the scope of his exper/se and
competence?
• Employee can use the PC and internet only in connec/on with performance of his/her
tasks.
• Employee can use only PC programs approved and installed by the Employer and obey
all the rules and procedures regarding protec/on of the stored data.
• Employee should treat as conMden/al all personal data of the other employees in which
posi/on he/she comes during the work for the Employer, especially data about his/her
salary and salaries in common.
• The Employee is always obliged to keep as conMden/al all informa/on obtained while
performing his du/es in the company. This employee’s obliga/on is valid even aFer he
leaves his job.
• Employee cannot be absent from the work without providing prior consent from the
Employer.
• Employee should obey working hours determined by the Employer.
• Employee cannot and should not use alcohol and drugs on work, bring it in the premises
of the Employer or come to work under the inauence of the same.
• Employee accepts that Employer can make any /me control on drugs and alcohol and
refusal to submit to the control is a serious viola/on of the discipline.
• Employee cannot and should not dispose with the Employer’s money or property as it’s
own.
WORKING PLACE
The Employee’s usual place of work shall be mainly in the obces and/or business loca/on of the
Employer where presently seCled and where they may be seCled in the future or elsewhere as

WORKING TIME and BREAKS
Normal weekly working /me for employees is 40 hours. Daily work /me is 8 hours. Employer
determines the /me of commencement and comple/on of work. Weekly days of will be two
days a week, set at the weekly chart service
The Employee is en/tled to a daily break of 30 minutes, which is taken not later than 5 (Mve)
consequent hours of work carried out from the Employee. In case the Employee works more
than 9 (nine) hours in a row the Employee is en/tled to an addi/onal break of not less than 20
minutes. The daily break is not considered to be paid working /me.
OVERTIME and SHIFT WORK
In certain condi/ons and circumstances, the employer will require to the employee to perform
his du/es outside the speciMed working /me, including holidays.
Addi/onal working /me is determined only upon wriCen instruc/on of the Employer, and
Employee paid will be based on the rules of the Labor Legisla/on and criteria establishe
d by the Employer.

obcial holidays when they fall on a working day are compensated with an addi/onal salary of 25
per cent and with a payable day-of equal to the dura/on of the work performed on the obcial
holiday. In case the obcial holiday falls on the day-of then the day-of is postponed on the next
working day.
In any case the over/me plus the normal working hours will not exceed the total of 48 (forty
eight) hours per week.
In case the Employee works between 7 PM and 10 PM has the right of an addi/onal salary at

THE EMPLOYEE POSITION: Director of Administra/on
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. To take care and organize the work in administra/on part of the company
2. To represent the company to the public sector and clients in the best way, always
protec/ng highest interests of the company
3. To follow the orders from company’s GM and ac/vely to par/cipate in crea/ng the
strategy, short and mid term
4. To be responsible for making connec/ons and build rela/ons with the poten/al
customers on the market and follow the respec/ve coopera/on aFerwards
THE EMPLOYEE POSITION: Head of Laboratory and QC
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. To make laboratory analyzes for the quality of medical gases in the company and issue
relevant cer/Mcates and documents;
2. To take care about technical speciMca/ons of the medical use cylinders, pa/ent leaaets
and all other necessary and required informa/on required by GMP and local legisla/on
3. To be in permanent contact and rela/on with all public ins/tu/ons and hospitals
following the produc/on and trade of medical gases and relevant equipment
4. To educate and train customers regarding the applica/on of the product and
presenta/on of technical solu/ons in accordance with their needs;
5. To monitor the implementa/on process of produc/on, packing and sale of medical
products;
6. Complete care of laboratory, to func/on properly and without any interrup/ons,
including maintenance of the instruments and following the inspec/on periods
7. To take part in all registra/on of the products processes in the relevant public
ins/tu/ons(QKKB, QKL, Ministry of Health)
8. To collect complaints and analyze them, and give proposals to the superior how to solve
them;
9. To follow the public tenders, prepare on /me and submit documenta/on for public
tenders and take part on public tenders;
10. To prepare and submit required reports to superiors within the set deadlines;
11. To perform all the other tasks assigned to him by Head of SHEQ and Sales or
Administrator/s in the area of his/her exper/se and training or arising from internal acts
of the Company.
