The General Assembly,

Recalling the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter, particularly the
maintenance of international peace and security, the prevention of nuclearization in middle
east we’re are keeping forward this resolution hence we're putting forward this resolution;

Acknowledging the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of nuclear weapons (NPT) as a crucial


agreement that should be implemented by all nations;

Highlighting the commitments made by Middle Eastern states to establish a zone free of
nuclear weapons and other mass destruction weapons;

Appreciating the International Atomic Energy Agency's efforts to help prevent nuclear
weapons proliferation;

Recognizing the ongoing diplomatic relations and discussions among Middle Eastern
countries for understanding, build trust, and work together to prevent nuclearization;

Here's what we're including:

1. We decide here to establish a Committee on the Prevention of Nuclearization in the


Middle East (CPNME) for the implementation of non-proliferation measures, as well
as to facilitate cooperation among the countries involved,
1.1 The committee stands for- Committee on the Prevention of Nuclearization in the
Middle East (CPNME),
1.2 Main purpose of the committee is to promote cooperation between nations and
to stop nuclearization in middle-east as promoting international security,
1.3 The member states are selected on the basis of involvement in the matter of
middle east,
1.4 The member states are as follows- United States Of America, Russia, China,
India, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Germany, France, United Arab Emirates, Japan,
Republic Of Korea, Democratic People’s Republic Of Korea, Jordan, Saudi
Arabia, Lebanon, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, Yemen, Qatar, Türkiye, Oman,
Cyprus and Palestine,
1.5 The Headquarters are to be located at Berlin, Germany,
1.6 we determine to call annual meetings every year on the month of July after the
adaptation of the resolution,
1.7 The dates every year are as follows- 23rd July ,24th July , 25th July,
1.8 The committee session will start at 9 am and will continue till 4 pm with two
breaks of 45 mins respectively,
1.9 All present countries are responsible for submitting a report about its work done,
1.10 The committee composition will include- two chairpersons, one vice-
chairperson and a rapporteur,
1.11 The president of the committee has not been declared yet,
1.12 The member states are to vote for a president for the committee in the first
committee session on 23rd of July if the resolution passes,
1.13 The responsibilities are to be divided between- middle eastern countries bloc
and other impactful countries bloc,
1.14 The agenda would be sticked to the “Prevention Of Nuclearization In Middle
East” throughout,
1.15 The committee should even include nuclear-free zones treaty,
1.16 The chairpersons though have the right to call an emergency meeting any day
of the year in case of crisis situation related to the agenda,
1.17 Every country should be present at least one time in every two years to show up
their annual report,
1.18 The president country has the right to invite any country for a committee
session,
1.19 After voting procedure for a permanent member, any country might be
permanently included in the committee,
1.20 The committee must be dissolved after including every nation in a new treaty
and solving the agenda;
2. We encourage all countries in the region to sign and support important treaties that
promote disarmament and non-proliferation, like the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban
Treaty and the Treaty of Pelindaba,
2.1 Committee on the Prevention of Nuclearization in the Middle East (CPNME) to
look after this as total;
3. We need to give the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) more power and
resources to monitor compliance with the rules and address any concerns about nuclear
weapons in the region,
3.1 All the countries in middle east are requested to cooperate with IAEA,
3.2 Countries would not be allowed to escape any nuclear investigations by IAEA
without proper reasons;
4. It's important for countries in the Middle East to build trust and work together,
4.1 We encourage sharing information, collaborating on peaceful projects, and taking
steps to make everyone feel more secure;
5. We request the United Nations Secretary-General to kindly help us facilitate discussions
and build relationships among Middle Eastern countries regarding the agenda;
6. Let's all avoid any actions that could make the region less trustable, like developing or
using nuclear weapons without declaring, Instead, lets focus on working towards
making peace;
7. We call upon every country present here to promote and support our efforts aimed at
preventing nuclearization and providing a safe middle east not only for the region itself
but for the entire globe;
8. We promise to stay actively involved in this important matter.
